Propagandhi in Toronto
June 2nd, 2008 by AndyNow I know this site isn’t for peddling music or showing off what I’m into at the moment, but I feel this is a special case. Propagandhi have been a huge influence for me, and I’m pretty sure Andrew as well, since we first heard them sometime early in highschool. They don’t tour often, but when they do they put on one fuck of a show. Plus, this one’s a benefit for the Sea Shepherd Society - a great conservation group in the eyes of a newly graduated marine biologist (despite their “Seal Defense Campaign”, which I can’t fully support). I have my ticket, you should get yours too… (playing at the Phoenix in Toronto on July 27th)

When I heard about this show, I was really disappointed, because I am not in Toronto. I really want to see Propagandhi perform before I die. Or before they do.
Everyone who has any inclination towards rocking out _must_ see them play.

I was lucky enough to see them play at a little dive in London last year. I can’t begin to explain the awesomeness of the situation.
